As part of the Landfront in the south section of the Festung St. Malo the Germans used the lake and river called Frémer as part of there defence line.
Drive over the road called Les Bois Menard close to the very small village Le Point és Omnés and at the crossing over the water you find this location.
At the waterside you find a heavy concrete water barrier with remains of steel obstacles on top of it, that was built by the Germans to control the water height and the crossing. At the end of the barrage lies a Tobruk almost covered to protect the barrier. On private property besides the Tobruk lies a 621, but we could not visit or photograph it. Further back on a small hill lies a bunker of type 628 in the meadow .
